NMR - All Female Rock outfit from Glasgow, combine powerful melodic vocals over a solid Rock ballad backdrop, the vocal is enhanced with some nice harmonies, the track is guitar orientated with some very cool solo work too, that said those drum fills are quite awesome as well !

The Marches return this October with Faultline, a bold and emotionally charged four-track EP that captures the band at their most urgent, vulnerable, and creatively fearless. Recorded after a year marked by growing momentum and transformation, the Glasgow rock outfit pushes further into the space between fragility and force, blending soaring melodies, sharp-edged guitars, and their trademark lyrical honesty.

At its core, Faultline unfolds as a single emotional journey — one that shakes, reshapes, and ultimately forces self-reflection.

The EP opens with “Struck to the Heart,” a rush of infatuation laced with subtle warning signs, where falling hard feels as thrilling as it is dangerous. “The Habit” follows, diving into the cycle of returning to what hurts — repeating patterns that feel impossible to break. On “Be Cool,” the tone shifts into a moment of clarity, capturing the quiet act of convincing yourself you’re fine, even when you’re not — a subtle rebellion against the version of yourself that stayed too long. Closing track “Concrete Into Dust” delivers release, as the relationship unravels, behaviours shift, and the aftermath becomes the foundation for something new — growth, acceptance, and the first breath of freedom.

Across Faultline, The Marches lean into the fractures that shape us — the moments where pressure reveals truth and breaking points become turning points. Sonically, the EP balances atmospheric restraint with explosive release, weaving shimmering guitars, dynamic percussion, and vocals that shift between raw vulnerability and commanding intensity.

Following a run of sold-out headline shows, festival appearances, and national radio support, Faultline marks another decisive step for a band rapidly emerging as one of Scotland’s most compelling new voices. Faultline will be available on all major streaming platforms this October. The band will also headline a hometown show at Garage Attic on 14th November 2026.
