Formed in 2024 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Helpless Agony started as the brainchild of Ron Sowal (Vocals, Guitars). Initially a collaborative effort, Ron was soon joined by Ethan Migala and Cliff Sawdy to bring the band’s sound to life on stage. However, after a period of playing live shows together, Ethan and Cliff eventually parted ways with the band, leaving Ron as the sole driving force behind Helpless Agony.
