Great Guitar groove on this one, nice big and wide overdrive sound, really kicks the track off nicely.

NMR – Guitar driven track with nice harmonised vocal melodies, this has a great tempo and really engages with the listener, a sort of Pop Punk vibne I guess, well produced too.

Jim Eannelli Steps up with a Debut Album Just Deserts.

Veteran producer and multi-instrumentalist Jim Eannelli is no stranger to the stage. From hard rock to synth-pop, Eannelli’s career has spanned decades and genres. He’s played alongside legends like Rick Derringer on the Colour Radio record and performed with Sam Llanas (formerly of the BoDeans) and the recently rediscovered ‘80s power-pop band The Shivvers. A revered figure in the Milwaukee music scene, Eannelli is finally taking center stage with the release of his first solo album, Just Deserts.

Drawing from a treasure trove of original songs written over the years, Just Deserts captures the essence of a life lived through music. Each track reflects the eclectic path Eannelli has taken—rooted in experience, emotion, and a deep respect for songwriting.

The album kicks off with the raw, rockabilly-meets-punk energy of “29 Women”, a fierce indictment of war and its toll. From there, Eannelli shows his range with the heartfelt ballad “Where I’ve Been”, a reflection on heartbreak and loss. He moves through styles effortlessly: the moody blues of “Train from Chicago”, the bright, Beatlesque pop of “Waitin’”, and the soaring Americana tones of “Christine”.

As a producer, Eannelli brings each song to life with authenticity and soul. As a lyricist, he navigates themes of tragedy, confusion, and spiritual searching—capturing the highs and lows of the human experience with poetic clarity.
