“A Fresh melodic mix of Acoustic grooves blends with a Pop Punk edge ”.
Before taking the stage at the inaugural Bootle Canal Festival, where he supported the Indie sensation The Lathums, and coinciding with the release of his comeback single ‘Look Back,’ Neil found himself in a moment of reflection. The anticipation of his return, combined with the thrill of finally discovering the sound he had long sought, created a blend of excitement and fulfillment. Neil, having been away for a short break to refine his sound, is back with a fresh start and a new musical identity that resonates with his artistic vision.
Neil had already gained remarkable momentum before his hiatus, earning accolades as one of Liverpool’s hottest emerging artists. His journey featured recognition in press, radio, and prominent stage performances, including a spot on the shortlist for the Glastonbury emerging talent competition. BBC Introducing recognized and championed his talent, leading to a captivating performance at the LIMF Festival at Sefton Park, where his music, described as uniquely nocturnal, left a lasting impression on a massive audience.
The release of four singles from his upcoming EP has garnered positive reviews and widespread radio play, marking a triumphant return for Neil. Notably, he has earned the support of football legends Steven Gerrard and Wayne Rooney, who are not only avid fans but also appreciate Neil’s performances both live and through streaming.

Yet, his commitment to community and people remains at the forefront. His comeback video, set to drop on July 27th, is a testament to this dedication. Filming across various locations in Liverpool, Neil showcases the extraordinary and diverse talent within the city. Each artist featured in the video receives a unique fly-on-the-wall focus, capturing the essence of Liverpool’s beauty and the city’s positive and creative spirit.
In the company of revered artists like Jamie Webster, Gerry Cinnamon, and Sam Fender, Neil’s sublime songwriting and boundless, energetic voice resonate deeply within the community. The recent performance supporting The Lathums, where a 3,000-strong audience went wild even before Neil introduced his full band, speaks volumes about the connection he has forged.
Looking ahead, he is set to embark on a journey that includes a second support slot for Jamie Webster in Glasgow, following his earlier set at the O2 Academy. On March 15th, he will headline at District, Liverpool, marking the culmination of his EP, titled “Run,” which concludes a day prior. This marks the beginning of an exciting chapter in Neil’s musical journey, promising more to come as he continues to captivate audiences with his distinctive sound and genuine passion for his craft.
